Out and about with Ralph

Anybody read the latest Out and about Ralph weekly write up in the courier. I find it hard to believe he was swimming off the inlet valves at Dounreay when they can suck large amounts of water in and even a person, that would be a sackable offence in my book for being totally stupid. I also wounder when Sea Kayaking so close to Dounreay He was not challenged by security like I was once when attempting to paddle past very close to Dounreay. I'm not knocking Ralph but is latest story's are quite questionable.

As I remember ND74, IIRC, Ralph was paddling past the outflow region of the Plant.
Small chance of getting sucked in there.
As for being a sackable offence, I think he's been retired for a while now. :)
