The said company are doing it again, they ask someone to do a job then after a said while of doing the job (8 months) on a trial basis and then to get told that they have asked someone else to do the job (they had only been there a short time) What a company to work for.
Maybe its just me but is it the shortage of job that people can take the piff out of there employees no matter how much they try to please grrrrrrr!!!!!!
