bugs! bugs! bugs!

Since I have gone back to work after maternity leave and Lauren has started playschool we have been catching every cold and bug going!
Is there anything I can do to improve her immunity to all these bugs or do I have to put up with her falling ill every weekend with something and then passing it on to her little sister.
Calpol and kleenex are our best friends at the moment.

I had the same problem when my son started Nursery. The only consolation I can give you is that after a while they have passed all the bugs round twice or so and don't pick them up again! Try getting some Echinaeca from Brian Lamb (New Health Horizons, Thurso), it is a good immune system tonic. I give my son a daily dose of 1ml mixed in some honey on a 5ml spoon.

Lauren will be going to two different nurseries.
One at home and one near granny.Due to my work my mum has both kids for 3 days so does that equate to two lots of bugs to contend with:eek:

There is a good spray by Dettol that is guaranteed to kill the flu virus. I have been using it and i think it works.
