Help suggest me someone help make me a spare (Metal /###Model Maker)

I have a lens that has broken the company no longer exists but need to fix my lens however it is very straight forward to fix if i had the tools knowledge.

All I am after is a piece of metal or plastic whatever is is easier witha thread on each end what i can screw a screw into

I have several pictures of the item if you can suggest anyone that can help.

Also looking for someone that can cut a round piece of glass about 2" in diamater with several holes in it but the glass has to be good quality
