have come back from clyth cemetery just now, its near the sea
this grave is kerbed and filled in with small stones
right in the corner is a neat nest with three eggs on first examanition took it to be a lapwing but when the bird appeared it was about the same size but had a yellow beak and no top feather on its head
its antics were similar to the lapwing[trying to lead you from the nest]
any ideas tony

If you've found an oystercatcher with a yellow beak, prepare for an immenent invasion of twitchers!
Failing that check to see if Dounreay has gone critical.
(Takes tongue out of cheek.)
