Have had lots of help from the clever people on the technical help side of the Org. and had eventually to go and nag at region 6 as nothing was making my download speed faster - it was 0 kbps yesterday morning. Anyway this morning a lovely BT engineer came along and fixed lots of bits that had been previously bodged ( majour style) and WOW I have a download speed of 1343kbps. I think it is probably wrong but even if it were only 343 kbps it would be fast for me.

So it the nice BT engineer from Wick reads the Org. thank you look at the speed I can get. It just goes to show if you make enough fuss the 'telephone voice' will do something and iy has only taken me about four years!

Have you been told how much the call out charge for the engineer from BT is yet? Two years ago it was £99.99 plus VAT, so dread to think of the cost now.

its £149.99 now with 1 hour included and 85 for every hour after that.

Thats only if its your fault if its not then no charge
