When i try to log on up comes the welcome screen with all the users names but when you try to log on it goes straight to log off any ideas please:(

The only time I've seen this is when your Windows serial number hasn't been activated or has been deactivated by WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage).

When you go to Logon does anything come up on the screen at all? Errors? Warnings?

What version of Windows are you using?
