Yes, this a good theory and could explain those sightings in the thirties.
Very interesting, but I'm amazed it took someone so long to come up with it.
A pachyderm all along eh? Not nearly quite so intriguing. Nor so good for attracting tourists. I spent a week on the Loch once, camera poised. Nowt!
