classes?

Does anyone know where and when there are any classes on in Thurso? Physical ones, I need to start doing some exercise and the gym is too boring.:D

i think there is Karate on a thursday night in Mountpleasant School, it started at 6pm.my daughters used to go but lost interest, i did try it once & it is very pysical & i found muscles i never knew i had
