I have done some baking in the past 2 days and I was told by a relative that I should take some cookery lessons and cake decorating lessons. I was wondering if there was any up here and not down fursther in Scotland, any help would be much appreciated:D

I believe that there are classes in Wick - there is a caithness branch of the British Sugarcraft Guild in Pulteney Town Parish Church Hall and I think another one.
