What to do for Stag weekend in Orkney

Looking for ideas of what to do in Orkney for a stag weekend.
Any ideas would be great.
Also can anybody recommend a place for us to stay in Kirkwall.

Paintballing, Indian Garden for something to eat then hit the pubs (there are loads o them)
