Youth hostel Thurso

I have heard on the grapevine that the council are closing the Youth hostel attached to the youth club in Thurso. I cannot believe this can be right as it is used so much.

Anyone shed any light on the matter.

I am a little perplexed, how can the cooncil close a SYHA building? Or is this a different Youth hostel?

This is the Hostel that veekay is on about, I have no idea if the Council have anything to with it or not.
