This is just a complete fake and when looked at it that way it is not funny in the slightest. There is no way any recording of a phone call to ASDA could be copied and posted on youtube.

I agree that the video is not real, but it is very simple to record the phone call itself - from either end of the conversation - and then create a video to go with it, so I'm not sure why you say that Kodiak.

Still think this one (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bk9SOrtsEDA) is in a class of its own tho' :D.

I thought most customer service lines start with "this call may be recorded for training purposes", but I would think someone would have there backside kicked if it ended up on You Tube.

There is an Asda at Dowlais Tops in Merthyr.

The video is made by Phonejacker I think.

It might be fake but could be real. Lots of legitimate recorded company calls have made it onto the internet.
