Anyone have the number for the Osteopath in Thurso? And would you recommend? Have hurt my back was going to try them?

I go to Sheila at Northern Holistic, sorry no number. She has done wonders with my back. You have to do the exercises she gives you to get the full benefit.

You should get yourself a swiss ball, the exercises you do on the ball work wonders for you back. Youtube it and youl see what i mean!
