Cracking photos ATHRoss.See the one with the field with not a footprint on it.Reminded me of when you are the first one in the swimming pool and there is not a ripple on the water and you just jump in and the waves just go crazy.

I could just see myself running around the field in Benny Hill fast walking mode.Ahhhh snow is made to enjoy.

Spurtle and Ice-box) are right, it is the Maarl Loch beside Loch Yarrows.

Some of the images posted on Caithness.org recently are absoluely brilliant and shows how beautiful Caithness is.

Nice pics - was going to say I wouldn't want to be the first to put footprints across that "field" but someone beat me to it....

Now that the snappers amongst us have been woken how about adding your camera/lens specs to your posts? It's interesting to know what kit folk are using...

..maybe the basic Exif info?
