Masses of information comes our way that never reaches the web site as it has little to do with Caithness or we literally do not have time to put it on the web site

I just thought someone might be interested in this course and the bursary that might be available to apay the fees etc. If you know someone doing traiing for a job on an estate etc please let them know about this opportunity.

Hill 'Keepers Course'
SCAET BURSARY AVAILABLE

The popular Game Conservancy Trust (GCT) hill 'keepers course is held every two years in Scotland and is considered by many to be one of the best comprehensive upland management courses in the country. SCAET are offering a bursary which could allow you to attend the course completely free of charge.

The course, to be held from 24-28 April 2006 will be held on the Invermark Estate, in the beautiful Angus glens, by kind permission of Lord Dalhousie. The hands-on, jam-packed programme will focus on subjects such as deer, grouse and habitat management
