Yes........just as it sounds.
I would like to introduce *drumroll* Cider Muffins.
You will need - Can/Bottle of Cider preferably Strongbow, 1 muffin for each portion, a steady hand.
1. Take your muffin and slice of about 1/8 of the muffin at the top.
2. Pour in the equivalent of a tablespoon of cider.
3. Taste with your tongue, firsty to see if you enjoy, secondly to see about moisture and quantity of substance.
4. Make sure you dont put too much in, ideally you would like the bottom of the muffin to remain dry.
5. Sook up the remainder of the muffin.
