Jane mcleod?

I recently discovered that the elusive lady married in Kilmarnock in 1912,and she became a Jane Smith!
She died in Inverness in 1953 and her daughter a J MAckay was named on her death certificate.
This J Mackay lived at 12 Market Street Alness ,im now seeking any information of relatives with these names in their family trees.

Jane could have been called Jessie or Jeannie.
Are there any Mackays in ALNESS with a great granny who was called Jessie or Jeannie Smith who was born in FEARN in 1874.
Does Market Street in Alness still exist today?
