Pancake Day

Pancake day tomorrow. My favourite filling is the traditional sugar and lemon but I used to go in a cafe down south where they served the most gorgeous american style pancakes, two sandwiched together with chocolate sauce topped with vanilla ice cream, thick cream, more chocolate sauce and a flake, oh my, what a feast!
