Heavy snow storms will sweep across Britain this week, forecasters warn. Cold air from the north could bring blizzards and freezing temperatures to parts of the South West, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, North East and East Anglia. WeatherCentre, said: "The worst-hit area is going to be the north of Scotland. There are going to be blizzards and strong winds up there. Temperatures will be very low. During the daytime temperatures will probably be 3-5C and on high ground temperatures will struggle to get above zero.

We've had snow flurries all weekend, but nothing laid. Was out on the bike on Sunday and got hailed/rained, and snowed on !
