Both are fine programmes but my vote goes to Holby City because of the intrigueing web of inner politics.

Neither are that great to be honest and are far outclassed by the much better ER on E4.

I manage to watch Holby and torture my hubby with it as he cant abide either Causualty or Holby, he takes the micky out of them both. ;)

What about our very own local Casualty we have Neil instead of Charlie.

I am a saddo.............watch them both and like it when the characters merge between the two programmes.

If Neil is the Caithness version of Charlie, who does that make you, Alice??

I watch both and generally thought that Holby City had the edge. However, I think Casualty is the best at the moment. Holby's episode with Joseph and Jac stuck in the theatre was yawn-inducing trock!
