........and not a drop to water your garden.

I see that water levels are very low in the south of the United Kingdom....any reasons? Global warming? mis-management, inadequate distribution system?

Will Scotland be forced to send ITS water south? Can I expect to see ITS SCOTLAND's WATER campaigns?

A lack of rain, just like there was in the nineteen twenties. This is no modern phenomenon. There willl undoubtedly be too much leakage & global warming might be contributing long term. I feel sorry for anyone who lives the south-east (almost) It is an over populated, unnatractive region with very little going for it, best avoided at all costs by those lucky enough to have nowt to do wi' it.
