I'm building an Email news service. It is for people in the Highlands & Islands, primarily greens, socialists, trade unionists, peaceniks, etc who are interested in political activity. It covers local, national and international items. Here's a sample below, if you're interested reply to the address below.

Wednesday October 1st: Jonny Barton will be cycling from the abandoned Munlochy GM field on 1st October to London - for a national rally on the 13th - pulling a coffin behind him, a symbol of the seriousness of Genetically Modified farming. Also heading off on the same day is Steve Paget, cycling from Invergordon via Munlochy, Fort William, Oban, Glasgow and Dumfries. Munlochy send-off at 10.30am, all welcome.
Both would appreciate any financial, moral and physical support you can give. A bed for a night would be nice. Money would help with equipment, standby accommodation, repairs etc. Contact Jonny directly on 01667 454554 and Steve on 01349 854510 or paget.peters@care4free.net
