There are several keep fit classes which take place at mount pleasant school - monday pilates, tuesday step class, thursday tai bo they start at 7.30pm Also there is aqua aerobics on wensday night at thurso pool at 8pm (this is really good exercise but not too hard at the time).

There is also dancercise in the Weigh Inn on a Monday night at 6pm, £2 for half an hour class, you can certainly feel the "benefits" for a few days after :)

What ones run over school holidays?
Im looking to replace the class I did on a tuesday morning which has stopped running at the moment.
But im hoplessly unco-ordinated when doing the aerobic section but enjoyed the toning section of the class:lol:

any suggestions??

Forgot to say I would have to change to an evening class for childcare reasons. the one I went to on the Tue had a creche which was great..but would like to make sure the class I decide to go to is on before I travel through to Wick or Thurso first!
