I have attended two meditation courses with AV and thoroughly enjoyed them, and they have had lasting benefit for me. Donna is a warm and endearing lady who sincerely enjoys what she does, and that came across very clearly during our relaxing sessions. I would say Caithness folk should make the most of this great local service. She has some very nice organic and eco-friendly products that you can pop in to have a look at her premises in Wick.

Hi Margaret - I always have products in stock and if ordered over the website delivery usually takes 2-3 days :) £3 delivery and free for all orders over £50
