Just a reminder for Orgers that 1st class stamps rise by 3p in April so stock up now!

I think you would still have to pay the increase on old stamps if you purchased them now

The stamps that say 1st or 2nd on them cover the postage whatever you pay for them. I usually get a six book with my weekly shopping and then have enough at Christmas without it costing a fortune.

We have just bought a lot of first class and they are perfectly legal when the price goes up, Unless you buy loads and loads you only save a few pence. But these days ever penny helps

I stocked up on Tuesday - 600 first class large letter! They're the ones I use most often for my business and they're going from 52p to 61p, so I'll save £54.

Only if the actual price is on the face. If it only says 1st or 2nd Class you can use them forever. (or until Labour manage to close all post offices and privatise the Royal Mail)
