Does anyone out there need a goalkeeper or left footed defensive middle? My mates son is 20 years old and would love to get playing !! Any recommendations or advice welcome! :D

The Caithness county leagues start in April. regional leagues first and then around mid-April they start Division one and two.

So does he just approach one of the local teams or how does it work? Thanks for your help.

I'd say he just approaches any team and find out when their training nights are and turn up and they would figure out if he is good enough or not.
