Greed, evil of all man.:(

But if your in the car thats being chased and you had obviously just robbed a bank, probably with weapons, peoples safety wont really come into it.

And on the other side of the coin if your a motorist seeing that amount of money floating around then you gonna go for it, Human nature more than greed.:confused

As much as i'd love some extra cash..... since i am absoluetly skint:(

I can say i'd enjoy playing chicken with interstate traffic, just to pick up some $20 notes......

Obviously conscientious citizens tidying up after a thoughtless group of litter bugs. They obviously read the instructions to “Take you litter home”.
