I have had my mother-in-law visiting us recently,but due to her age and illness she cant get around very well.She has a three wheeled scooter but it can be very unstable and wanted to upgrade to a four wheeled one.After a lot of phone calls and asking around, the nearest place to try them is in Inverness,not exactly local.Why is it most things seem to stop at Inverness,there is a (very lovely) world beyond it,yet most businesses dont seem to go any higher!!:confused

Shops don't go by the looks of a place. It goes by population and hence why Caithness doesn't have a lot of the big stores. It's all about making money.
