Academy had their 5th win in a row today after beating Buckie Thistle 4 - 0.

Some of the football played in the second half at a wind and rain swept Harmsworth by the young Wick team was superb leaving the experienced Buckie team chasing shadows.

Looking forward to the cup games next week, Wick Academy v Inverurie Locos.

Have to agree Allan having witnessed the onslaught with the gale in the first have I was worried that we only had a one goal lead at half time and feared the worst for a long second 45. How ever they were truly superb and passed Buckie off the park the play was as good as I have seen by any team at the Harmsworth. Alex lamb at the back was imense and although Richard Macadie got the MOTM award I would have personally given to Alex.

i have watched the acadmey alot this year and that is the best i have seen them play. They slaughtered buckie today and anyone of the players could have had the man of the match, they are a credit to the town and also to caithness, keep it going guys and lets beat the locos next week.
