I attended the Mind your own Business course in Lybster on Friday and have to say that it was one of the best training courses i've been on. Just want to say a big thanks to the traininers Ruth and Ian (hope i've got that right as i'm useless with names) from COMAS.
I would recommend these courses for any community group or if you are thinking of starting some community developement project, its very worth while and the trainers have a wealth of experience in these type of projects. I certainly came out of the sessions feeling positive. It was also great meeting other people from other groups.
