Beginners Meditation Starts 13 April

Delighted to say that the classes are going really well and we have another course starting on the 13 April. It is based in Wick and costs £40 for the five week course (includes manual and practice cd). Places do get booked up quickly so please book asap. We also have an intermediate class that follows on and a weekly practice session on Mondays from 6-7
