Having started to collate the information I have gathered I find I need help and will be posting when I come up against problems. I am trying to find information on my McKenzie ancestors.
I am hoping someone know something about Alexander McKenzie and his wife Helen Bain. He died in Braehungie Poorhouse, on 17/03/1871 having been born about 1793, and she died 28/04/1865. Her death certificate shows this was at Ditches Forses Latheron. His father was William McKenzie and his mother Mary McGrigor. Her Parents were Donald Bain and Jean Sutherland.
