Thank you to everyone who posted a reply to my Worlds Worst Boss.The private pm were a god send and made Mr C realise he.s not alone ;there are people out there who have been through similar.
Does anyone know of a good employment lawyer in Inverness as this seems to be the only way forward?
The sun is out today and my heart doesnt feel as heavy as it did,your a great bunch to have in our courner.HC wont know whats hit it.:grin:

I don't know anything about them but they they have an e-mail form so you can find out more and they are based in Inverness. Another good site is www.scottishlaw.org.uk/lawscotland/labour.html. There are loads of links including to Government websites. This should be your first port of call I think. It might take you a while to go through it but it's well worth it.
