A friend of mine went to a hotel in Aviemore for a spa weekend with her mum.I dont have the name but I believe they had a lovely time. They did all the pampering things chilled out and relaxed.

Went to Stobo Castle in Peebles for 2 days and it was brilliant. It is however not in the Highlands, but about an hour drive south of Edinburgh. I can't wait to go again but I will have to save up first. It is not cheap but is an ultimate indulgance and you feel like a celebrity!

My daughter took me here a couple of years ago; I can thoroughly recommend it! It is in Crieff.

I hear the Aquadome in Inverness does Spa days - worth a check to see if that is correct.
