The former champions league winner ,Paul Lambert , walked out on Livingston f.c after they lost 0-1 to basement rivals Dunfermline. Lambert had threatened to do so at 2.15pm if his team lost today.
Lambert holds the unique record of being the worst manager in Livingston fc `s short history.
Former Rangers Defender Richard Gough actually saved Livi last season from relegation when he guided them to safety, but this season preferred coach Lambert took Livi back to the depths& eventually had enough & resigned his post at 5pm today. [smirk]

Cant really understand why clubs like livi take on managers who are still playing or just retired. What was e chances of Lambert being sucessfull, as we can see zilch and Lambert probebly knew that himself Trying to remember who was the last player coach to be succesfull at a top club, only Souness comes to my head. They really need to do there trade properly, start at e very bottom and work there way up that ladder. Its just same thing as telling a first year brickie to build a house
