Hedgeing

Just looking for some advise.
I would like to hedge or put bushes round my garden.
Can anyone suggest anything that would work for much cheapness?

Chum with someone with a good hedge and get some cuttings or green heel sections and propigate them and voila a free hedge..I am unsure what hedging does this but saw it once on a gardening program, but daresay some other orger will fill you in on suitable bushes for this!

I did this some years ago with a fuschia shrub. It even grows well in Caithness. It is the one with long thin red bells on it, but never ever knew its name. Someone else will know that though............on the org we know everything!
