Although we are not supposed to be able to see the lunar eclipse i have just looked low to east and the moon has a distinct yellowy colour to it.Lot of cloud around though.

Could have been the fact that the moon was low and the atmosphere can
play wonerful tricks with colour,I took my camera and went to the Viewfirth Green but
to no avail.There will be more oppertunities,weather permitting that is.

ah beautiful...I remember sitting outside with a beer watching that one :D

Need a decent camera to take shots like that though..my little camera doesnt have enough zoom :~(
