Airport Compound

Near to the entrance of Wick airport there been a secure compound built and I assumed it was for secure parking for the cars using the airport.

I have not seen it being used at all since it was completed quite a while ago.

I have just been for a walk up around that area and had a closer look at the sign near the gate and it says "Motor Cylcle Manoeuvreing Area".

I know the motor cycle school still use the North school playground for there instruction days ,so does anyone know what this new place is used for?

Maybe the motorcycle school is having to move it's training area?

Correct, its for the new low-speed manouevering part of the motorcycle test that comes into force in April.
