Just wanted to let you know, we took our labradoodle ( three quarters poodle) to mucky pups back in July/August for a cut and shampoo. She was a complete mess, matted hair and long too, they sorted her out brilliantly, told us to take her back in January 09.
I thought my husband had pre booked her January appointment but when I asked him oh dear, he'd not booked it. I phoned today and got her in for Friday, I really appreciate them putting her in especially as we didn't make a reservation. If anyone goes the extra mile it's mucky pups, credit where credit's due, thanks a million mucky pups.
