I see that an American Company has been appointed to act as Consultant :-

Moray Estates appointed US planning consultant Andres Duany and his company DPZ to guide the design of the town.

Surely there are Scottish Consultants more than capable to do this and was it really necessary to all the way to the US.

i think they should build 4 schools in inverness and the fifth one in wick i think that would be better . why does eveything happen in the cities and they tend to forget about the people in the small towns

Have been following this for a while now. Its a private Investment company that is planning the "town", its just a pity they couldnt buy us a new school in wick and then rent it back at a thrupenny a week!![lol]
