Found Cat

A black and white longhaired female cat has been found in Wick.
It has a white chest, white paws and a white patch under it's chin.
It is about nine years old.
It has arthritis in its spine and has a problem with a bone in one leg which needs veterinary attention.

It is being kept at the Vets surgery until tomorrow to see if an owner can be found.

So if this is your cat please contact me urgently.

I noticed in the Co-op today at lunchtime (Wick) a notice that a black cat had been lost or was it found.....can't remember....anyways it had a telephone number so maybe it's worth taking a look.

Thanks but, unfortunately, it wasn't the cat that was found. :(

I did say it was nine years old but it could be younger as it's difficult to give an accurate age for a cat.
The Vet says it is responding to medication but we really need to find the owner to decide on it's long term future. He also said it is friendly and has been looked after.

Although it was found in Wick it is possible it came from outside the area as cats have been known to 'sneak' onboard vehicles.
