Has anyone ever come across anywhere else in the world with Caithness place names? Are we the only Wick/Thurso/Halkirk/Keiss etc in existance do you think?

There is a Thurso in Canada I believe....don`t know if there is a Wick stylee counterpart though?

Thurso, Quebec, Canada - the home of my all time favourite ice hockey hero.

Also, there is Wick, Ontario. I have a painting of its parish church hanging in my living room.

Actually been there and called in on the Thrumster Tea-rooms..... Just inland from Port Maquarie on the northern NSW coast!

Not very exciting I know but this is a Wick in Dursley, just off the A46, Just to the west of pensylvania, England, Nearish Bath. Its only a sign but we had to go there once seeing the signpost!!

Sad eh!!!
