Low Fat Desserts

Any ideas for a low fat desset recipe, such as cheesecake or trifle?

Meringues or pavlova are very low fat and you could fill them with fresh fruit. Sorbet is another low fat option. Most of the puddings I know are pretty much laden with cream so that is a non starter.
