has anyone had any problems with a Video attachment on Bebo. it seems to have caused a problem as now I cant get web pages etc

I am aware that there is some trojan doing which has been doing the rounds via Bebo (in particular) and some of the other similar sites. It pretends to be something it isn't and causes the problems you are describing.

I suggest the using the same tool as with the whole Antivirus virus.

www.malwarebytes.org this will have the appropriate software necessary to get rid of this.

Since you can't get onto any web pages then i suggest that you get someone with an internet connection to give you it either on a pen drive or disk.
