hi does anyone know the website where you can trace the origin of meat?

Seriously though, if you go to your local butcher, they should be able to tell you where the animal/fowl came from and, especially in the case of Harrold's Butchers in Wick and Thurso, you KNOW the origin of the meat was relatively local, due to the fact they are a member of "The Mey Selections"

Its the same for ALL butchers. They have to be able to trace the species back to source in case of public outbreak etc. I believe ALL local butchers use LOCAL meat.
