Yes, best handled when frozen as it's not as smelly but don't get me wrong it's still very smelly, YUK!

Get all my green tripe, bones, biscuits and rawfood from www.landywoods.co.uk (http://www.landywoods.co.uk) but unfortunately they only deliver as far up as Edinburgh but have a good range of meats and very good prices, if you know anyone in that area that could arrange to bring it up in bulk for you, it's worth investigating. I buy in bulk and store it in several freezers and friends then buy off of me.
