I think Colin Mackenzie Removals in Thrumster do Ikea collections 01955 651349. McAdie and Reeve in Orkney pass through every week and I believe they also do collections 01856 872101.

I had cause to go there today.
I don't think you have one in Caithness... but you're not missing much.
Mind you my view was clouded by the company.

The Kiln Store in Cooper Square Thurso used to pick up from Ikea - not sure if they still do though.
