Is this a sign of hope at last? In the Daily Mail too today Wick High School was listed as one of the worst in Scotland.

Well now that the Government have frozen their budgets allocated to councils for the coming year, with the Highland Council having to make savings, there is going to be no money to build a school. Where is the money going to come from?
