Freeserve Webmail?

Does anyone else here use Freeserve/Orange/Wanadoo for their BB connection?
Are you having any problems with your e-mail?
I just wanted to check, as I have been having probs with e-mail for over a week now, and I can't use their webmail service. I've been e-mailing their technical and customer support for some assistance, but now they won't even reply to me!
Just thought I'd check if it's just me, of if anyone else is having a problem?:(

I am the same, I use Orange and I am having No Problems at all, with either the r-mail or Broadband in general.

I did however have some mail blockage about 6 months ago and this was stopping my mail getting through. As I use Outlook Express to download my mail, what I did was this.

I went to their main page at www.orange.co.uk (http://www.orange.co.uk) where on the right of this page there is a direct login to the mail system. I typed in my mail address and then Password and I was directed to all the mail that was sitting on the server. There I was able to delete the offending mail that was blocking the system and it has worked fine since.

Thanks Kodiak - that's the problem I'm having! I log on to the main page, trying to delete the messages, but they won't delete! I have over 9000 now, and it's stopping OE from downloading, but it's impossible to delete.

Oh well, another e-mail sent to them now!

If you go to http://www,orange.co.uk on the right you will see This :-

Fill in your e-mail address and your password then click sign in and you will be taken to a page where you can delete all unwanted mail.

This should solve your problem :D

I was with this orange etc for a couple of years, they cut me off, because I would not upgrade, they do things like that to try to force their customers to do their bidding, not for me, I changed ip tootsweet.
and I have never looked back.
